Job description
WHO WE WANT
The Accounts Executive develops relationships with major clients in order to increase revenue. They will Pursue relationships with potential new accounts and seek business expansion opportunities with current clients. They have detailed knowledge of products and services being offered and ensure that products and services consistently meet client needs. They may visit client locations periodically to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal. Provides sales quotations and responds to requests for proposals. The ideal candidate cares for and grows our customer base.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts
Prepare long-term and short-term goals and account objectives
Ensure projects and deliverables are being met according to set deadlines
Work closely with Creative departments to ensure client needs and vision are being fulfilled
Work closely with other departments on providing weekly progress reports to clients and upper management
Coordinate with other departments on campaign development, budgeting and client requests
Job requirements
- 3-5 years of work experience in related field
Previous account management experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must, as well as outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Keen ability to manage time effectively and prioritize work
Must be highly organized.
Professional self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively with others.
Ability to work independently and exercise discretion and personal judgment
Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and the Internet.
Ability to travel to meetings. Must have a valid Driver’s License.
