Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Virginia

Reports To: Director of Operations

Blink is an entertainment, promotions, and event management agency that helps clients deliver cutting edge events and initiatives. Blink is a leader in sports and entertainment marketing, user experience tracking, on and offline advertising, content creation and more. Using a combination of style, user experience and functionality, Blink helps clients design and execute new ways of influencing and attracting potential customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Management of creation and production of social media engagement campaigns

  • Supervise day-to-day management of campaigns to ensure brand consistency

  • Responsible for housing, organizing, inventorying, and archiving of all engagement-related items, historical and current, and providing regular updates as required

  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders/teams to brainstorm, produce, implement, and/or audit/analyze campaigns to ensure deliverables reflect client’s goals and/or goals of Blink

  • Manage promotion of Blink’s brand name through the popular channels that draw target audiences for specific markets, including development and posting of engaging social media content

  • Manage monthly editorial calendars

  • Supervise influencer marketing including communications with influencers

  • Performs other tasks as assigned.

Job requirements

Required Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and/or prior relevant experience in marketing

  • 4 + years of experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Social Media & Google/Ads Analytics

  • Willingness to travel local and abroad

  • Experience with influencer marketing

  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills and ability to manage day-to-day work challenges

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Flexibility in work schedule (i.e., evenings and weekends as necessary) and willing to travel locally and internationally

  • Ability to work in the United States

Preferred Skills:

  • At least one year working in a sports & entertainment environment

  • Master’s degree in marketing or related field

  • Creative background

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel

  • Experience with Airtable

  • Proficiency in written Arabic, Urdu, Farsi, Spanish, Turkish

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe PowerPoint, and Google Slides

  • Experience with Google Analytics
